Information we use
Registration records include email, screen name, date of birth, eligibility confirmations, accepted policy versions, password hash, and account timestamps. We also store session identifiers, fictional-credit activity, consent choices, Player Care controls, and support requests.

Why it is used
The information supports account access, age and geo eligibility, server-authoritative credits, game continuity, security, support, consent choices, and immediate enforcement of breaks or self-exclusion.

Security and minimisation
Passwords are stored as one-way salted hashes. Session and reset tokens are stored as digests. Forms reject unnecessary sensitive details, and growing credit activity is returned in bounded pages.

Service providers
Hostinger hosts the application. Cloudflare provides DNS and traffic protection. Brevo processes transactional email, and ImprovMX forwards messages to Player Help. Messages and technical data may be processed outside the UK. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) processes page visits, device and browser information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. Analytics data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. We do not send account details, email addresses, dates of birth, or game balances to Google. No advertising tags are active.

Cookies and choices
Necessary session storage supports security and sign-in. Optional analytics and marketing choices default off. Details and controls are available through the Cookie Policy and Preference Centre.
