Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation and refund terms for all services provided by Millet factory. By subscribing to our services or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Cancellations

a. Subscription Plans:

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting customer support.
  • To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellations submitted after the billing cycle begins are non-refundable. Meals that have already been processed or delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.

b. One-Time Orders:

  • One-time orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to delivery are not refundable.

2. Refunds

a. Subscription Plans:

  • Refunds for subscription plans will be provided only for unused services calculated from the effective date of cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date of the refund request.

b. One-Time Orders:

  • Canceled orders within the eligible timeframe will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be provided for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the delivery time.

c. Quality Issues:

  • Customers who receive a meal that does not meet quality standards or is not delivered as scheduled may request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A claim must include sufficient evidence, such as photographs or order details. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Millet factory.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Refunds will not be provided for delivered meals unless valid evidence of quality issues is submitted and approved.
  • Changes to meal preferences or cancellation requests made after meal preparation has commenced are not eligible for a refund.

4. Process for Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

  • The request must include your order number, details of the order, and the reason for cancellation or refund.

5. Refund Payment Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. No alternative payment methods will be accommodated.

6. Modifications to the Policy

  • Millet factory reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through updates on our website or via email notifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
